Quality Policy

The successful implementation of quality management procedures requires the commitment of the entire project team, including the client, the end user, Kuanta’s personnel, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors. Kuanta takes the lead role in establishing duties and responsibilities for each participant and defining the relationships among team members.

It is essential that all members of the project team:

  • Work together to support established quality control programs and policies
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem identification and resolution
  • Deliver a project reflecting the level of quality expected
