Kuanta is please to announce that we have been recently awarded the contract by Aselsan Co. Inc. for the Upgrading WS3 Security Systems in Incirlik Airbase, Turkey. The project is being constructed for Turkish Ministry of Defence.

Kuanta is the turn key prime sub contractor for procurement, installation and commissioning of the construction and electrical and electronic systems. The project is mainly installation of perimeter security systems around the NATO compound inside the Air Base.

The scope of works is as follows;

·          Removal of existing security fence of 4200meters in length

·          Construction of two lane chain link security fences of 8400 meters in length

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of perimeter security systems with lighting, cameras, intrusion detection on perimeter security fence

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of underground intrusion detections system

·          Construction of infrastructure works of site electrical distribution network with buried concrete ductbanks

·          Construction of 3.5meters wide 4200 meters length concrete patrol road inside the security fence

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of aircraft entrance gate of 56meters length

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of K8 protection aircraft barrier system

·          Restoration and replacement of two  aircraft entrance gate of 56meters length

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of 3ea. K8 protection vehicle arrestor barriers

·          Restoration of command center with all electrical and electronic infrastructure works

·          Traffic signs

·          Site drainage works

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of Aircraft shelters intrusion detections systems

·          Constrution of low voltage and high voltage infrastructure works with manholes

·          High and low voltage site cabling and panelboards

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of fire protection system at the command center

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of HVAC system at command control center

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of 2x150kVA prime power generator system

·          Procurement, installation and commissioning of 160kW and 48kW UPS system

Upon completion, personnel will be trained by Kuanta specialists.
